A sign-on bonus is available to applicants who have not received a sign-on bonus from the company for another role within the past 24 months.

3 12hr shifts per week, day or night shift available, 7-7

Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30

About the role: As an RN, you'll provide evidence-based, patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, advocate for patients, and help drive positive outcomes.

What a Registered Nurse/RN Will Do:

Provide patient-centered care for patients requiring short-term monitoring and evaluation.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.

Use evidence-based practices and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Identify risks and maintain a safe care environment.

Float to other units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

About This Location:

Garden Level Med/Surg at Aurora Medical Center Sheboygan County is a fast-paced medical surgical unit established to support the growing needs of our community needing neurological care. Our nurses thrive in a dynamic environment that fosters continuous professional growth while developing expertise in the care of neurological and general med/surg patients Our team provides specialized care for our neurological and med/surg populations including: • Neurological monitoring of our patient population with Cerebrovascular attacks (CVA), Transischemic attacks (TIA) and seizure disorder. • Congestive heart failure (CHF) • Sepsis requiring hospitalization • Intravenous infusion management, including and heparin and insulin drips

What a Registered Nurse/RN will Need:

RN license in applicable state

BLS required (additional certifications may be required based on specialty)

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

Key Skills:

Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.

Ability to manage fast-paced, short-stay patient populations.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Organization, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements: Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and patient handling, including assisting with transfers. Must respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Exposure to clinical environments requiring appropriate protective equipment
