New Grad RN - Telemetry in San Antonio, TX, United States. Position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse based on matching the patients' needs with the nurse's competencies. Requires Texas RN license; must have active healthcare provider BLS on hire (ARC or AHA) and must obtain AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire; ACLS, PALS, NRP must be completed within 60 days of hire or transfer; STABLE for NICU within 6 months of hire or transfer (renewal not required).
