New Grad RN program cohort starts October 19, 2026 at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ. Full-time, 12-hour shifts across departments with 8–12 week structured orientation and ongoing support through the first year. $5,000 sign-on bonus for Med/Surgical and Telemetry units.
