New Grad RN Resident – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at Hillcrest Hospital (Mayfield Heights, OH) within the Cleveland Clinic Health System. The PCU has 24 beds and offers hemodynamic monitoring and continuous respiratory care. The role includes participation in a one-year, accredited Nurse Residency program with nine tracks, online modules, simulation lab and hands-on training. Rotating day/night shifts (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.) with every other weekend and holiday requirements. Minimum qualifications include RN licensure and BLS; ACLS if in a Critical Care area.
