Responsibilities include design and management of civil infrastructure projects (land development, water/wastewater, stormwater, transportation & traffic, structure and bridge) using AutoCAD Civil 3D; OpenRoads Designer (ORD) preferred for transportation positions. Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering; EIT preferred; AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.
