New Graduate Nurse - Olathe Campus is a residency program for nursing school graduates. Designated units include 2nd Floor Med Surg; 3rd Floor Progressive Care Unit/Renal/Neuro; 4th Floor Cardiac Telemetry; 5E Ortho Spine; Resource (Float) Pool. Day and Night shifts; full-time. The RN entry role uses the nursing process to coordinate patient care, provides safe, holistic care, and serves as a resource and mentor. Requires RN license (Kansas or compact), CPR/BLS, and an Associate Degree in Nursing; less than 6 months of RN experience preferred.
