The Registered Nurse (RN) 1 in the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program at Concord Hospital—Laconia provides nursing care for a population-specific patient group, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Reports to the Director and/or Nurse Manager and may supervise Licensed Nursing Assistants. Requires current New Hampshire RN license and BLS certification. Responsibilities include data gathering, care planning, documentation, medication administration, direct patient care, and collaboration with the health care team.
