Co-ops/Interns in new home sales receive hands-on training and work with experienced professionals in a full-time, on-site role in Northern Kentucky. The program runs across Fall, Spring, and Summer, with weekends work and two weekdays off. Preferred qualifications include pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Sales; being a self-starter with exceptional customer service and strong communication/organizational skills. The role includes one-on-one coaching, sales process training, eLearning, event coordination, and prospecting activities.
