Inova Alexandria Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse Fellow for the Medical/Surgical Unit on a full-time night shift (7pm–7am). Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, documentation, and participation in multidisciplinary rounds. Requirements include BSN from an accredited school (If RN has ADN, must complete BSN within 5 years), a minimum of 1 year RN experience (considering LTC, Rehab, Home Health, and Outpatient), Virginia RN licensure or eligible, and BLS certification.
