The Nurse Apprenticeship allows you to enhance nursing knowledge and build confidence through one-on-one nursing preceptorship. You will participate in patient rounds and work with your precepting RN on assignments based on priorities. You will follow educational validation and perform treatments or IVs under supervision, collaborating on plans of care and patient/family education.
