12-week full-time internship in hardware VLSI at NVIDIA in Santa Clara, US. Open to students pursuing a B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field; anticipated graduation date must be indicated. Interns will engage in VLSI/physical design tasks including floorplanning, P&R, STA, power integrity/IR drop, DRC/LVS, CTS, and related CAD/EDA workflows. Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $71 USD; benefits available.
