Oak Street Health New Graduate Nurse Practitioner Fellowship (Spanish Required)

12-month paid Nurse Practitioner fellowship in Adult Primary Care at Oak Street Health (Phoenix, AZ) in collaboration with the University of Michigan School of Nursing. Full-time, in-person program in a value-based care model. Fellows build their own patient panels, learn from multiple preceptors, and engage in didactic content. Two concurrent cohorts start in September and March. The annual salary for this location is $110,000, with a broader pay range of $87,035–$187,460. All fellows commit to working at Oak Street for at least one year after completion. Bilingual Spanish required.
