OBS Trainee UNIVERSAL - Amtrak in Lorton, VA. The Auto Train Attendant can work either coach or sleeping cars, responsible for dining car service and side work, keeping assigned coaches clean, making beds and maintaining restrooms. Minimum qualifications include HS Diploma or GED, age 21+, food and beverage handling experience, cash handling and customer contact experience, housekeeping experience, ability to lift heavy items, and flexibility to work hours including weekends/holidays. Training provided; hourly range is $21.00 (with potential increases per the applicable collective bargaining agreement after beginning employment).
