Office of the General Counsel Copyright [For-Credit] Externship - Summer 2027

Remote-permitted Office of the General Counsel Copyright externship at NPR for Summer 2027. Externs work May 10, 2027 – August 13, 2027 (approximately 12 weeks), full-time (40 hours/week). Open to 2L/3L law students with coursework in copyright law. May provide course credit and/or school-sponsored stipends. Focus areas include copyright, fair use, and audio licensing; tasks include researching copyright issues, drafting permissions agreements, and assisting with rights management. Remote option within the United States or on-site at an NPR facility, with travel as needed.
