On-the-Job Training (OJT) at Lakeview Center via Global Connections to Employment (GCE). To be considered, a candidate must be referred to GCE by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. Candidates must have oral and written communication skills and the ability to follow directions and ask questions for clarification. OJT assignments are subject to supervisory capacity and there is no guarantee of permanent placement at the conclusion of the OJT period. OJT consists of work-based activities with learning through practical and relevant experiences at various sites.
