What you will do Becoming a Consultant Student Worker at Oliver Wyman provides a true taste of life as a consultant and unique preparation for a future full-time role. Alongside your studies, you will contribute to proposals and live projects, develop your internal network, and build skills and competencies that can help prepare you for a career in consulting.
· Work on proposals and live projects for challenging engagements that have a significant impact on clients, industries, and societies.
· Contribute primarily through research and analysis, supporting project teams as they work through client challenges.
· Work alongside experienced consultants and begin developing your communication skills as opportunities arise.
· Build your internal network and develop skills and competencies that will help prepare you for a career in consulting alongside your studies.
· Receive mentoring and coaching from colleagues across the firm to support your development.
· Commit approximately 15–25 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.

Who can apply?
· Students currently in the final stage of their Bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of their Master’s degree, with an expected graduation date within the next 1–2 years.
· Strong academic performance and demonstrated intellectual curiosity.
· We welcome students from all academic backgrounds; no specific major or prior consulting experience is required.
· Previous experience from a student job or internship is preferred, but not required.
· Individuals who display initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Evidence of leadership positions, teamwork, entrepreneurship, extracurricular involvement, or other meaningful achievements is highly valued.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
· Language skills: Danish or another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English (native/fluent).
· Expected start date: 1st Quarter 2027.
