This role focuses on providing organized, professional support throughout the planning process while ensuring a smooth and positive client experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning and organizing customized itineraries based on client preferences Support the coordination of reservations, schedules, and travel-related details Communicate with clients to gather information and provide timely updates Maintain accurate records, confirmations, and itinerary documentation Collaborate with internal systems and tools to manage planning workflows Provide general support to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for clients

Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable working independently in a remote setting Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests efficiently Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms Previous experience in customer support, scheduling, or coordination is a plus, but not required
