Operations Leadership Development Program Internship in Miami. A 10-week summer internship (June–August 2027) with onboarding at RBI's corporate office, hands-on restaurant operations exposure, and a project approved by the CEO/Leadership team. Projects may support Standards, Execution, Training, Equipment, Analytics, and more. Includes onboarding week, mentorship, performance reviews, and final presentation to department leadership. Eligibility includes being a 3rd-year bachelor’s student (expected Spring 2028) and availability for June–August 2027; rolling applications with an application deadline of October 31, 2024.
