Organization & Analytics Intern in the OPTAW Team (Organization, Processes, Transformation, Analytics and Workforce) at De Nora. Based in Milan, you will learn how a multinational company manages its workforce end-to-end, collaborating with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Reputation, Operations and Business Partnership to improve organization and processes through data-driven strategies. Daily activities include HR reporting and data quality, ad hoc analyses, headcount monitoring, and updating organizational documents; you will also participate in transformational projects such as HR Analytics roadmap deployment, HR Information Systems evolution, Job Architecture evolution, and support to M&A and strategic change initiatives.
