Qorvo's PA Design Engineering Internships are offered in the Advanced Cellular business group. Responsibilities may include designing power amplifiers, performing schematic capture, circuit simulations, and layout of RF PA ICs and evaluation boards; validating designs with 2D/3D EM modeling and electro-thermal tools; meeting efficiency and linearity requirements while considering size, cost, footprint, and schedule; producing designs for 5G/LTE with multiple antennas, filters, and power management. Qualifications include pursuing an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Applied Physics with a minimum GPA of 3.0. The program offers mentoring, learning opportunities, and potential for full-time opportunities. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $31/hr to $42/hr.
