Pathways of the Future Graduate Program in Italy (Genoa or Milan) is a 20-month apprenticeship contract designed for recent graduates to gain broad experience across operations, customer service, sales and products in logistics and supply chain. Starts July or September 2026. Location: Genoa or Milan, Italy. Full-time with flexible working arrangements. Requires Italian and English fluency; up to two years post-degree experience; must be legally entitled to work in Italy without sponsorship; candidates should be under 30 years old or NASPI eligibility.
