Responsibilities include following up requisitions, handling supplier communications, checking prices on invoices, tracking payment resolution cases, working with other areas to solve tickets, downloading reports, and generating Excel reports for vendors. Requirements include being a current student in the last semesters of Systems/Industrial/Engineering/Finance/Business Administration, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, advanced English, availability Monday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm, RFC, and proactive attitude.
