The US Operations team onboards sellers, drives business growth, improves user experience, and provides operations and sales support in the US market. We are organized into Category Management teams that acquire new brands and incubate and accelerate them on TikTok Shop, alongside Central teams covering creator operations, campaign operations, projects, and agency partnerships, working with cross-functional and category teams to grow GMV across merchants of every size.

As the business grows, we take on complex challenges across seller growth and creator and agency ecosystem development.

You will shape merchant success, user experience, and the next phase of e-commerce growth in the US.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Execution

Support end-to-end campaign setup, including timelines, asset coordination, tracking sheets, and execution checklists.

Assist in aligning campaign requirements across stakeholders to ensure smooth launches and on-time delivery.

Monitor campaign progress and flag risks, delays, or data gaps proactively.

• Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

Pull, clean, and analyze campaign and business performance data (e.g., GMV, traffic, conversion, seller or creator metrics).

Create basic performance summaries and insights to support weekly and monthly business reviews.

Support ad-hoc analysis to help teams identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

• WBR (Weekly Business Review) Management
• Project & Stakeholder Support

Help manage project trackers, documentation, and action items across ongoing initiatives.

Support communication between category, operations, and other cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications：

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured reporting
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
• Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership
