What you need to know about this position:

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing employee engagement events

Manage project timelines, task lists, and status updates

Manage recruitment for early careers (CV screening, interview arrangements)

Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders Create and distribute internal communication materials

Maintain proper documentation for project activities and vendor

Education / Certifications:

Job specific requirements:

Final year with minimum classes to attend from Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or related major

Strong will to learn in HR, particularly Talent Acquisition and project management

E2E Project Management (Planning, Budgeting, Executing, Reporting & Evaluating) skill required

Good interpersonal skills (clear & concise when delivering message to business partners)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Canva

Simple creative or video editing knowledge is a plus Strong in organizational experiences

Committed to complete 3 months of internship

Willing to work in WFO setting
