Pharmacist Intern position in Memphis, TN. Under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, assists with the preparation, dispensing, and delivery of pharmaceuticals and supplies. Duties include reviewing orders for dosage and potential drug interactions, preparing medications for inpatients and outpatients, conducting medication rounds and preparing IV additives using aseptic techniques, pharmacokinetic monitoring of therapy, and participating in educational programs.
