3rd year Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health in Forney, TX. Under supervision, you will apply didactic learning from pharmacy school to real-world practice, following a comprehensive training roadmap designed to build hands-on skills and prepare you for a Pharmacist role. You’ll support pharmacy operations to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, while delivering caring service. The role includes a structured set of Key Learning Experiences (KLEs), opportunities to work with leaders across the district, and travel to stores in the market as needed. Immunizations and other patient care activities may be supported where permissible by law, with additional licensure and training requirements as applicable. Requirements include acceptance into or active enrollment in an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program and possession or pursuit of valid intern/technician licensure.
