Pharmacy Student Intern/Extern, part-time, onsite at SJHSYR-MAINCAMPUS. Assists pharmacists and technicians in pharmaceutical care, including unit dose preparation, medication delivery, Pyxis restocking, medication reconciliation, and triage. Under supervision, performs pharmacokinetic dosing, warfarin dosing, full medication profile reviews, patient counseling, renal dosing, high-risk medication assessments, pain regimen monitoring, anticoagulation therapy management, diabetes monitoring, and dosing of TPNs across multiple pharmacy satellite locations. Requires enrollment in an accredited college of pharmacy and NYS Intern license. Pay range $16.20-$20.00 per hour.
