Coaching Fellow – Pathway of Excellence at The Pingry School is a dynamic yearlong program designed to develop the next generation of high-impact leaders in coaching. Fellows coach across six athletic seasons (three Middle School and three Upper School) under mentorship from experienced coaches and administrators, gaining hands-on experience in practice planning, game-day execution, student-athlete development, and program operations in New Jersey.
