Planning Engineer (Management Trainee) responsible for developing and managing detailed construction plans and schedules for EPCC projects from tender through execution; tasks include site surveys, manpower and equipment planning, and formulating construction methodologies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and third parties to gather schedules, perform constructability studies, and lead project performance analysis using earned value management and critical path analysis. Prepares reporting tools (e.g., Gantt charts), maintains schedule updates, coordinates progress tracking, and supports multiple projects to ensure timely, cost-effective execution. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical or related disciplines; on-the-job training provided; advanced user of Microsoft Office and Primavera Project Planner (P6); knowledge of scheduling large-scale projects and construction phases; ability to understand a demanding, technical construction program.
