Assist the Post Closing team in day-to-day operations, including client communications, uploading documents to the LOS, requesting missing items, and preparing/shipping collateral for CEMA and CO-OP loans; coordinate with attorneys, settlement agents, and investors as needed, and support recording and related post-closing tasks.
