Praktikant (m/w/d) im Bereich COO Office / Digital Transformation

Internship for students (m/w/d) in the COO Office / Digital Transformation area at Rothschild & Co Vermögensverwaltung GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, starting January 2027 for up to 6 months. Responsibilities include contributing to the development of the German Wealth Management unit, preparing strategic and operational decision materials, supporting the analysis and optimization of internal processes, preparing project documents in close coordination with project managers and the COO Wealth Management Germany, improving internal documents and contributing new ideas, and proactively engaging relevant departments to identify and solve pain points. We are seeking students (m/w/d) in economics/business administration (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik) with a focus on financial management, strategy or related areas, who have first experience in project work; strong interest in digitization; basic understanding of wealth management processes; basic understanding of programming and digital process optimization is desirable; fluent in German and good English; proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Personal strengths include analytical and conceptual abilities; proactive initiative, attention to detail, reliability and sense of responsibility; independent, structured, and careful working style.
