Price Desk Intern

Location: Columbus, OH, United States Department: Intern/PT

Worthington Enterprises is looking for a hard-working and intelligent student to assist in its Finance function within the Consumer Products Business Unit. The internship involves data analysis, management reporting, and various ad hoc accounting and financial tasks. This program has been highly successful at giving valuable experience to students as well as providing potential long-term opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:

· Work cross-functionally with brand, commercial, supply chain, and finance to assist with price desk reviews.

· Assist with Channel Pricing clean-up across Consumer Products Group brands

· Analyze how the changes in commodity indices impact product cost changes

· Support brand team to develop strategic pricing for new product launches

· Manage and execute special projects as needed by the finance, brand, and data analytics team

· Complete a capstone project and present at the end of the program

Desired Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years college completion

· Business, Finance, Accounting majors preferred

· Must be hard-working, responsible, and reliable

· Must be able to think critically to solve daily issues

· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Grade Point Average: 3.0 or above
