Stage retribuito – 6 mesi on site in Aprilia (LT), Italy. The internship involves analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, supportare l’introduzione di nuove tecnologie, guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen), supportare la standardizzazione dei processi redigendo SOP e OPL, gestire il problem solving sui punti critici del processo, e collaborare con il team di manutenzione per migliorare disponibilità delle macchine e qualità del prodotto. Include anche supporto all’automazione dei processi di finishing e collaborazione su sistemi di controllo e ispezione.
