Process Engineering Intern

Qorvo’s Process Engineering Internship in the Global Operations group. Responsibilities include projects in evaporation, CVD, PVD, thin-film deposition, electroplating, plasma etch, dry/wet etch, photolithography, wafer dicing, and CMP; data collection via metrology tools; data analysis using Spotfire and Excel; process troubleshooting and recipe optimization; and experimental design/execution of fab engineering trials. The internship is on-site in Richardson, TX; not eligible for visa sponsorship; competitive hourly pay and opportunities for mentorship, learning, and potential full-time opportunities.
