Full-time on-site Processing Operator Trainee - Nights A at Lamb Weston’s Boardman, OR plant. The trainee operates and adjusts processing equipment, monitors line flow and waste, maintains product quality, and performs line changes as directed by the production lead or team leader. Duties include adhering to safety programs, operating equipment, sanitation tasks, data entry, and weekend cleanup as needed. Work occurs in the peeler, preheater, and cutter areas with a demanding environment (wet floors, high temperatures, noise).
