We are currently hiring a Procurement & Facility Management Intern to support our Procurement & Facility Management team in project coordination, event execution, and administrative tasks. This internship offers you hands-on exposure to workplace projects, procurement activities, and corporate operations.

This internship opportunity is available from November onwards.

You can look forward to

Assist in coordinating departmental projects and tracking project progress.

Support the planning and execution of internal meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project-related activities.

Assist with purchase requests, quotation comparisons, and procurement documentation.

Support vendor coordination and follow up on procurement-related matters.

Maintain procurement records and project documentation.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, special projects, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

You come equipped with

Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Event Management or a related field.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
