Intern will support the product team in day-to-day management of the IoT product portfolio; assist in gathering and documenting business, customer and technical requirements; conduct market, competitor and technology research to support product strategy and roadmap; coordinate with Product, Network, IT and Technology Partner teams during product development and delivery; assist in testing, validation and documentation of new product features and system enhancements; analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities; assist in documenting and improving business processes for customer onboarding, billing, delivery and product operations; prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for internal stakeholders.
