PROTÉGÉ Graduate Trainee, Administration (WP08 Kota Kinabalu)

Our comprehensive 8 months initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, preparing attendance lists, recording key decisions and preparing meeting minutes.

Support the preparation, compilation and distribution of project documents and reports to internal teams and relevant stakeholders.

Assist with document control and record management, ensuring project documents are properly organised and maintained.

Support the Project Team in monitoring project progress, tracking action items and highlighting potential issues or delays.

Assist in quality monitoring and compliance activities to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager, Project Coordinator and Resident Engineer as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other relevant fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior working experience is required.

Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn and work in a project environment.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
