Quality Intern in Milan, Italy. Support the Quality function (complaint handling, Product Quality Review (PQR) analysis, and tender request management), assist in managing temperature excursions of incoming products and products from the production site, handle product and service complaints, participate in conference calls and internal meetings, and prepare Excel reports, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations.
