Six-month R&D Process Engineer Co-op at Campbell Soup Company, based in Camden, NJ. Open to full-time undergraduate or graduate students enrolled in Chemical Engineering or related program, with 40 hours/week. Start dates: January 11, 2027 to June 25, 2027 or July 12, 2027 to December 17, 2027, at the World Headquarters in Camden, NJ. Responsibilities include uncovering solutions to technical challenges via experimental designs and data analysis, data collection/analysis to monitor quality and resolve process issues, assisting in commercialization/process improvement trial coverage, capital and cost savings project work, SOP/documentation updates, cross-functional collaboration, and leading a project with presentation to the R&D organization. Requires commuting to Camden, NJ five days a week; some travel to manufacturing facilities possible. Must be willing to work with all food types and allergens.
