Educational prerequisites include a Bachelor of Science in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent (already finished or in last semesters/availability to work in the office & full-time availability). Technical prerequisites include CREO Parametric CAD knowledge, FMEA, GD&T, stack-up calculation, knowledge of the Product Development Process, strong MS Office skills, root cause analysis and problem resolution, and being a self-starter with accountability and ownership.
