Attorney Intern in the Real Property Law Unit of the NYC Department of Finance. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting memoranda, reviewing and drafting state and local legislation, policies, and agency rules; providing legal counsel to agency staff; assisting with petitions and cases for administrative hearings (RPIE, SCAR); and supporting division and agency projects. Position may be eligible for remote work up to 2 days per week.
