Recruiter Working Student - French Speaking in Amsterdam, hybrid model. Responsibilities include collaborating with recruiters and internal teams to identify recruitment needs and source top talent; using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing techniques to identify, approach and present opportunities; helping develop creative strategies to attract profiles in a competitive market; contributing innovative ideas to improve recruitment methods and team performance. Requirements: currently studying business, HR, psychology or related fields; first experience in active sourcing or recruitment from internships or student roles; fluent in English and French; strong teamwork, organizational skills, and attention to detail; familiar with Greenhouse ATS is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement with at least one day per week in the office; apply in English.
