Overview:
Under close supervision, assists in the execution of recruiting strategies, talent attraction, and employment branding techniques to bring awareness to the company’s unique, inspiring, and innovative culture. Eager to learn and innovate. Anticipates job expectations and contributes to project and talent acquisition solutions.
Looking for an internship commitment for at least the Spring 2027 semester, but open to an earlier start!
Responsibilities:
Project Responsibilities:
Assists in campus recruiting efforts for assigned sector and/or region alongside managing Talent team member
Registers for career fairs and events while ensuring all information is documented and accessible to the Talent team
Organizes and tracks career fair materials, such as giveaways, tabletop signs, banners and tablecloths, to ensure inventory is up to date
Plans shipping routes for career fair materials while tracking status to ensure reasonable arrival
Coordinates and communicates logistics to attending employees regarding all Talent led campus efforts
Oversee, in partnership with the managing talent team member, campus feedback, questions and concerns during the career fair season
Builds pipelines and tracks communications with top candidates met during career fairs and events
Promotes and communicates employment branding initiatives internally
Participates in various strategic initiatives and projects, as needed
Attends Quarterly Hiring Summit(s) and participates in weekly team meetings
Talent Acquisition Team Responsibilities:
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team to build relationships with managers and leaders throughout the firm to partner and develop trusting relationships
Collaborates with Talent Acquisition team to ensure we pursue top talent at career events
Collaborates on Social Equity goals and objectives to encourage diverse thinking and diverse candidates
Collaborates in implementing Talent Acquisition projects and programs
Stays current with overall Talent Acquisition trends and best practices
Collaborates on team meetings and shares information
Cultural
Performs work in a manner that demonstrates an appreciation for the firm’s cultural norms, including a commitment to quality, innovation, learning and growth
Becomes skilled in fostering and maintaining a collaborative professional working relationship with the Talent Acquisition team
Collaborates to support the firm’s commitment to Social Equity

Financial
Develops understanding of the financial implications of overhead and chargeable time
Revenue or Opportunity Generation
Fosters awareness of the importance of identifying, maintaining and cultivating essential relationships
Qualifications:
Currently earning a professional degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant degree at an accredited school
Typically 0-2 years of experience
Available to be in the Dallas office at least 20 hours a week
Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
Basic knowledge of hiring best practices, policies, procedures and employment law preferred
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
Ability to work in team environment
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds
