Summer 2026 Refugee Economic Empowerment Intern position with the IRC in Silver Spring, MD (USA). Unpaid internship with possible per diem reimbursement ($15/day). Minimum 24 hours/week, 3-month commitment, in-person at Silver Spring office; orientation June 1, 2026. Responsibilities include assessing clients, creating resumes and applications, outreach to employer partners, data entry, and coordinating in-kind donations. Qualifications include current undergraduate/graduate student or within 12 months of graduation; strong digital literacy; willingness to work with refugee populations; language skills a plus.
