Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department Fellowship (Level 1 Trauma) starting March 2027. The Nurse Fellow will participate in a full-time night shift program with weekend rotations and call; orientation will rotate across all shifts. Eligible Nurses may receive sign-on and relocation bonuses. The role focuses on patient- and family-centered ED care, care coordination, and adherence to standards and pathways in a high-volume Level 1 Trauma Center.
