Registered Nurse Fellow (RN) in Progressive Care Unit at Inova Mount Vernon Hospital (Alexandria, VA). Full-time night shift (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) with weekend and holiday rotations. 8-bed Level 3 PCU focusing on sepsis, DKA with pH > 7, pneumonia requiring non-invasive ventilation, acute stroke, post-intervention STEMI without MCS, intermediate-low risk PE, and post-procedure patients requiring frequent monitoring. Requires BSN or ADN; if ADN, plan to complete BSN within 5 years; BLS & ACLS; Virginia RN license or eligibility. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance offered.
