RN Burn Trauma Intermediate Care - Medical/Surgical Unit at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. New grads welcome; 11-week Transition to Practice program and a comprehensive 6-month residency. Multiple shifts available with premium shift differential. Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance. Unit includes 34-bed intermediate care and 17-bed medical/surgical beds; patient population includes neurosurgery, trauma, burns, and orthopedic trauma; nurse-to-patient ratios 3-4 (IMC) and 5-6 (MS). Requires RN license; BSN/MSN preferred; BLS within 90 days. Competitive base pay with possible additional compensation (differentials, overtime, etc.).
