Registered Nurse Fellow on the Medical/Surgical Unit at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus (Falls Church, VA). Full-time 12-hour day shifts (7am–7pm). Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible. Education: BSN from an accredited school; ADN with BSN within 5 years of start. Experience: minimum 1 year RN clinical experience (LTC, Rehab, Home Health and Outpatient experience welcome). Certification: Licensed or eligible for Virginia RN licensure; BLS from the American Heart Association. Inova's Nursing Professional Practice Model; potential to serve as a preceptor after orientation.
