Operate, monitor, and maintain Dairyland's hydro and combustion turbine generators (as applicable) and related equipment at assigned cost centers. Role includes learning to become a Technician within two years or less, coordinating with contractors, using CMMS and other software, interpreting equipment drawings and specifications, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. External postings require an Associate Degree in electrical, mechanical, instrumentation or related field. Residence within approximately 30 minutes of the Elk Mound site is expected. Opportunities exist to transfer between sites as needed and to advance to technician in two years or less.
